Fully self contained, Air-conditioned, 1 bedroom apartments with private balcony and ocean views.

Do you have a spa or pool?
Yes, we have a electrically heated pool (28 degrees) and spa
(36 degrees).

How far are you from the airport?
We are only 10 minutes away from the Sunshine Coast Airport and one hour north from Brisbane. International / domestic.

How far are you away from other beaches?
Apart from overlooking Alexandra Headland, we are 10min stroll from Mooloolaba or a two minute drive from Maroochydore.

What facilities are nearby?
We are centrally located to either walk to any one of 15 restaurants and cafes, all within 300 metres of your apartment. Surf clubs, Bowls club, Public library, internet café.

What are the local attractions?
Underwater World, Australia Zoo, Ginger Factory, Aussie World, Ettamogah Pub, Eumundi Markets, Montvile Markets, and Maleny Markets, River Cruises, Whale watching, Woodworks, Scuba Diving, Fraser Island, Big Kart Track, Belling Maze, Wineries, Golf Courses. Etc We have information available at reception.

How can tours be arranged?
We can take care of this for you at no extra cost, just ask reception staff.

How close is the shopping?
You will be only 5 minutes away from one of Queensland's biggest shopping Centres – Sunshine Plaza, as well as the CBD.

Are there any good fishing spots nearby?
You bet! You can choose from the beach, off the headland or hire a boat and explore the Maroochy River.

What about walks nearby?
Yes, There are great walks that take you across the beach, headlands and yachting club.

What about public Transport?
Yes, The local SunBus service stops conveniently 50metres away and services from Caloundra to Noosa.

How far is Caloundra, Maroochydore and Noosa?
Ocean Boulevard is located central to the Sunshine Coast-line Caloundra is about 20min away. Mooloolaba is about 5mins away and Noosa is approx 30min away.
